Sign Up Today! Register by mail by September 15, 2010, by completing this form and returning it with payment (checks made out to SI of Albany to the Address Listed above. Pre-registered walkers who gather pledge donations of $50 or more will receive a free “Walk for the Cause” long-sleeved t‑shirt. We encourage everyone to collect pledges for this worthy cause. A pledge form is available on the web site, or can be requested by calling 541-928-6311 or by email to jab@bcsor.com. . However, if you wish a t‑shirt but do not want to collect pledge donations, they may be purchased for $10 each.

On Walk Day! We encourage registration before the Walk Day, but you may do so between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Walk Day at the City of Albany courtyard, across from the Linn County Courthouse. Registration fee for an individual walker is $20. Long-sleeved t-shirts are $10 each, or free with $50+ in pledges. Unless pre-registered by September 15, 2010, we cannot guarantee you will get a t‑shirt.
