Registration Information
Come and be a part of the vibrant Walk for the Cause event, taking place on October 7, 2023, at the Courthouse steps in Albany, Oregon. This year marks our 28th Walk Celebration, and we invite you to join us for a memorable day filled with community spirit and support for local women. The day kicks off with registration at 8am, followed by an engaging program at 9am. Lace up your sneakers and get ready for the Walk/Run at 9:15am, where you can participate in our traditional 5K and contribute to a meaningful cause.
As part of the festivities, we will be hosting a raffle drawing at 10:30am. The best part is, you do not need to be present to win! Be sure to pre-order your raffle tickets during registration, with an offer of 5 tickets for $20. Alternatively, you can also purchase tickets on-site for $5 each. The event is not complete without capturing memorable moments, so don't forget to snap some photos and share them on our event page on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/SIofAlbany/.
By attending the Walk for the Cause event, you are contributing to a significant cause. All proceeds from this SIA event go directly towards the detection and treatment of breast cancer, as well as providing support services for other diseases affecting women. Join us as we unite as a community, celebrate 28 years of empowering women, and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
